Job Objective: The Workshop Manager is responsible for the daily management of the workshop, including supervising technicians, managing inventory, planning work, and ensuring the quality of services offered to customers.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
– Supervise and manage technicians and garage employees
– Plan repair and maintenance work for customer vehicles, equipment, and garage facilities
– Ensure the quality of services offered to customers
– Manage spare parts inventory and orders
– Develop and implement plans to improve Workshop efficiency and productivity
– Ensure employee and customer safety and health
– Problem-solving and analytical thinking
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– Diploma in automotive mechanics or business administration
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a technician or garage manager
– Knowledge of Workshop management systems and management software
– Communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
– Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
– Technical knowledge of automotive systems and equipment
– Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive company vehicles
Contract Type:
– Indefinite-term contract with a 12-month probationary period (CDDI)
