We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our esteemed textile manufacturing company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment integral to our textile production processes. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles as applied within the textile industry, with a strong focus on improving machinery efficiency, reliability, and safety. The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to ensure seamless operation and innovation of textile machinery.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and machinery used in textile production.
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of existing equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of new mechanical equipment.
• Analyze failure modes and implement corrective actions to reduce equipment downtime.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies or upgrades to improve textile manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies in all engineering activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications related to mechanical designs and maintenance.

Conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven 7 Years experience working as a Mechanical Engineer within the textiles or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, machinery, and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with textile production processes and specialized equipment.
• Proficiency in software and other engineering design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed technical documentation.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements applicable to mechanical engineering in manufacturing.
