We are seeking an accomplished and driven individual for the position of Head of Research and Training in our esteemed Human Resources department.
This position requires a visionary who can analyze existing training frameworks, identify areas for improvement, and employ best practices to foster an environment of continuous learning.
In addition, the individual will mentor and manage a team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional training solutions and research insights. The Head of Research and Training will also collaborate closely with senior leadership to align training initiatives with corporate objectives, ensuring that our talent development efforts directly contribute to our organizational success.
Responsabilités
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive research programs related to employee training and development.
- Design and implement innovative training programs that enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of research and training professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training strategies with organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in training and development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on training outcomes, research findings, and strategic recommendations to executive management.
Conditions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior research or training role .
- Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs and initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles, organizational development, and performance improvement strategies.
