Casameza is a Human Resources agency specializing in recruitment, professional training, and job placement. As part of our growth, we are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and promote Casameza’s services.
• Manage and animate social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Develop and manage a content calendar for consistent and engaging content creation across platforms.
• Maintain and update the Casameza website.
• Create engaging visual content (banners, graphics, short videos, etc.).
• Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor performance using key metrics (KPIs, analytics reports) and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Conduct ongoing market research and stay up-to-date with digital trends and tools.

Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in creating content for digital platforms (social media, blog, email, etc.).
• Proficiency in using social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer to plan, schedule, and analyze content performance.
• Solid skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Basic English proficiency is required; fluency is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) is an added value.
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, creative, and capable of working independently.
