We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team within the Logistics and Supply Chain sector. The Human Resource Officer will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our HR functions,

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Manage employee relations issues to promote a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation of HR-related activities.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Human Resource Officer or similar role,
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with employees.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR issues efficiently.
